This product is a saline laxative used to relieve constipation. It contains 1200mg of magnesium hydroxide per 15mL. The recommended dose should not be exceeded in a 24 hour period. Shake well before use and take the full recommended dose (8 ounces or 240mL) with each dose. It is not safe to use this product if you have kidney disease, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 14 days, rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after use. Consult a doctor if pregnant or if taking any prescription drugs. Store at room temperature and keep out of reach of children.*
