This is a description for a topical solution called Fluorouracil, which contains 5% (50 mg/g) of the active ingredient fluorouracil. The solution is compounded with edetate disodium, hydroxy propyl cellulose, parabens, propylene glycol, purified water, and tromethamine. The solution should be stored at a temperature of 25°C (77°F), with excursions permitted between 15° to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). It is important to keep this medication out of reach of children and pets, as it may be fatal if ingested or licked. Contact with the solution should be avoided by pets and should be stored and disposed of out of their reach.
