Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% Solution is a surgical hand scrub used to reduce the number of microorganisms on the hands and forearms before surgery or patient care. The solution comes with a Single Use Brush-Sponge and Nail Cleaner and should be used with care in premature infants or infants under 2 months old. This product may cause a severe allergic reaction, and if an allergic reaction occurs, the user should stop using the product and seek medical help immediately. This solution should not be used if the user is allergic to Chlorhexidine gluconate or any other ingredient in this product. Furthermore, the user should keep it out of eyes, ears, and mouth as it may cause serious and permanent injury if allowed to remain. The product is manufactured by Biomed Packaging Systems in Norwalk, CT, USA.*
