This is a description of an ophthalmic suspension with the active ingredients Tobramycin and Dexamethasone. It is distributed by Bausch & Lomb and contains other inactive ingredients such as Edetete Do, Hyrouyetty Calulos, Purited Water, Sodim Chiorde, Sodum s nd ol, SuluricAckt, and Berzslonium Chirkds 0.01% as preservative. The product is used by instilling one or two drops in the conjunctiva sac every four to six hours. The product is stored upright at a temperature of 20°- 25°C (68°-77°F) and should be shaken before use. There is a precaution not to touch dropper tip to any surface, and not to use if the neckband is not intact. The product is Rx only, comes in a 10mL bottle, and should be kept out of reach of children.*
