Flurbiprofen Sodium Ophthalmic Solution is a prescription medication used to treat pain and inflammation after cataract surgery. Each mL of the solution contains 0.03% Sodium Flurbiprofen with inactive ingredients like Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, and Sodium Citrate. The solution comes with a “Protective Seal” that should be intact at the time of use. The recommended dosage is four drops every half hour two hours before the surgery. The medication is manufactured by Bausch Lomb, a division of Valean Pamaceuicals.*
