Miochol-E is an intraocular solution that comes in a blister pack containing a vial and a diluent ampule, along with a 0.2-micron sterile filter. The vial has 20 mg acetylcholine chloride and 56 mg mannitol, while the ampule contains 2 mL of a modified diluent solution that includes calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and potassium chloride among other ingredients. It is important to store Miochol-E at a temperature between 4°C to 25°C (39°F to 77°F) and keep it away from children. Dosage information is provided in the package insert, and it is for intraocular use only. Miochol-E is a trademark of Bausch & Lomb and distributed by Bausch Health US, LLC.
