This is a medication called Cherry Flavored Chewable Aspirin with 81mg per 36 tablets. It's purpose is for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains. However, it contains an NSAID which might cause severe stomach bleeding, especially if you are above 60 years old or have had a stomach problem before.
