This is a Drug Facts sheet for an Ear Wax Removal Aid that contains 6.5% of Carbamide Peroxide. It is meant for occasional use to soften, loosen, and remove excessive earwax. The user is warned not to use it if they have ear drainage, pain, dizziness, rash in the ear, an injury, or recently had ear surgery. If swallowed, the user should contact a Poison Control Center immediately. The direction for using the product involves placing 5-10 drops in the ear, keeping the drops in the ear for several minutes, and using it twice daily for up to four days or as directed by a doctor. It is advised to consult a doctor first for children under 12 years of age. The product is not to be used for more than four days, and any wax remaining after treatment may be removed by gently flushing the ear with warm water using a soft rubber bulb syringe.*
