NDC 24470-939-03 is a prescription cream called Urea Cream. It comes in a 3 oz (85.6g) container. The cream contains 400 mg of urea and other ingredients such as carbomer, glycolic acid, mineral oil, purified water, and xanthan gum. This cream is indicated for the treatment of various skin conditions such as calluses, corns, keratoderma, ingrown nails, and damaged skin. It can also be used for promoting normal healing of superficial wounds. The recommended dosage is to apply the cream to the affected areas once or twice a day or as directed by a physician. It should be rubbed until completely absorbed. This cream should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used near the eyes or on mucous membranes.
