Terrasil B3 is an infection protection wound care ointment that helps protect and heal minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It temporarily protects and relieves chapped or cracked skin. The ointment contains activated minerals and active ingredient Allanton 0.5%, which acts as a skin protectant. Directions for use include washing and drying the affected skin, applying a generous amount of ointment, and covering with a clean bandage. The ointment should be applied 1 to 3 times daily until the skin improves or as directed by a doctor. It is for external use only and should not be used on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns. If swallowed, Poison Control should be called. The ointment may temporarily discolor skin and fabrics in sunlight. The inactive ingredients include beeswax, calendula extract, coconut oil, cottonseed oil, jojoba oil, magnesium oxide, MCT oil, peppermint oil, sage oil, silver stearate, sunflower oil, tea tree oil, thuja extract, and zinc oxide.
