This container contains Ciprofloxacin Injection USP with 200mg in 100mL 5% Dextrose, which must be infused over a period of 60 minutes as prescribed by a doctor. Each 100mL includes Ciprofloxacin 200mg, Dextrose Monohydrate 5g, Lactic Acid added as solubilizer, Water for Injection USP, and Hydrochloric Acid for pH adjustment to pH 3.5 to 4.6. The drug additives should not be made to this solution. It is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, and preservative-free single-dose flexible plastic container that includes a package insert. This container and container closure do not contain natural rubber latex. CAUTIONS: must not be used in series connections. If the solution is not clear, do not use. The accompanying Medication Guide must be dispensed to each patient. This product is manufactured by Sagent Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland, and it was batched and expires on an unknown date, labeled "Exp.Date."*
