This is a medication in the form of an injectable solution containing Levofloxacin, an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. The solution comes in a single-use container with a total volume of 90mL, with each 50 mL containing a dilute solution of 250mg of levofloxacin (5mg/ml) in 5% dextrose. It is to be infused over 60 minutes and must be used immediately once removed from the overwrap. The medication guide must be dispensed with this product.
