Budpak Anesthetic Ointment is an over-the-counter drug that contains active ingredients like Phenylepine HCL, Winerd ol 14%, and Peirlatum 74.9% and is intended to provide temporary relief from local anorectal burning and discomfort due to hemorthoids, inflamed hemorthoidal tissues or piles, and anorectal disorders.
