Nitroglycerin Lingual Spray is a medication used to treat chest pain. Each metered spray provides 400 meg nitroglycerin. The medication should not be inhaled and must be administered under the tongue. Before use, pump must be primed five times into the air. If a second administration is required to obtain relief, repeat previous steps. The spray should not be expectorated, and the mouth should not be rinsed after administration. Nitroglycerin Lingual Spray may be used prophylactically before engaging in activities that could cause a chest pain attack. This product contains 20% alcohol, and the container must be kept out of the reach of children.*

Nitroglycerin Lingual Spray is a medication that comes in a metered dose spray form used to deliver 400 mcg of nitroglycerin per spray emission. It must be stored at 20°C~25°C, and each container delivers 200 metered sprays. The active ingredient is Nitroglycerin, and the inactive ingredients include medium-chain triglycerides, dehydrated alcohol, medium-chain partial glycerides, peppermint oil, sodium lactate, and lactic acid. After administration, the medication should not be expectorated or the mouth rinsed for 5 to 10 minutes. It can be used prophylactically 5 to 10 minutes before activities that might cause an acute attack. The medication is manufactured for Allegis Pharmaceuticals, LLG, Ganton, MS 39046, by G.
