This is a medication called Histex'PD. It is an antihistamine in drop form. The usual dosage can be found on the attached labeling. It is imperative to store it at a temperature between 16°-30° C (59°-86° F). It should be kept away from the reach of children. The main active ingredient is Triprolidine HCI in concentration of 0.938 mg per dropperful (1 mL). The medication is used to temporarily relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as a runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, and itchy or watery eyes. This medication should not be used excessively and should only be used under a doctor's direction for a child with breathing problems, glaucoma, or who is taking sedatives or tranquilizers. This medication may cause excitability or drowsiness, especially in children, and may increase its effects when used with sedatives or tranquilizers. In case of overdose, contact Poison Control or seek medical attention. The recommended dose is 2.67 mL (25 milligrams) every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 10 milligrams in 24 hours, or as directed by a physician.*
