Hydrocortisone Lotion USP is a topical medication that contains 20 mg of Hydrocortisone per mL. It is used for treating various skin conditions and should be applied as a thin film to the affected areas 2 to 4 times daily. The lotion should be stored at room temperature. The Shampoo & Body Wash is a product that can be used for cleansing the scalp and body. It provides a refreshing feeling after a shower or bath. To use, massage a moderate amount onto the wet scalp and leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes or apply to all areas of the body, lather, and then rinse thoroughly. It contains a substance called alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), which may increase sensitivity to the sun, so it is important to use sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using the product and for a week afterwards. Both products are for external use only and should be kept out of reach of children. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. The ingredients in the Shampoo & Body Wash include Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, Glycolic Acid, Glycerin, and Fragrance, among others. The Hydrocortisone Lotion USP comes in a kit that contains two 1 oz bottles and one 8 oz bottle of shampoo & body wash, with a total volume of 295.8 mL.
