BAC-OFF E3 is a hand sanitizer, which is a non-sterile solution made of 70% alcohol and designed to help reduce bacteria and potential illness when soap and water are not available. The active ingredient is Conei 0%I, and the solution comes in a 1-gallon bottle. The warnings indicate that it is flammable and should be kept away from open flames or heat, and out of reach of children to avoid swallowing. The direction is to apply enough product on the hands to cover all surfaces and rub the hands together until they are dry. It is suggested to supervise children when they use the product and avoid swallowing it. The hand sanitizer should be stored between 15-30°C (55.8-77°F) and not exposed to excessive heat over 40°C (104°F). The inactive ingredients include glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, and purified water.*
