This is a drug information for a stomach relief medication called "Regular Strength Stomach Relief". It is used to relieve symptoms such as diarrhea, traveler's diarrhea, upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion, nausea, and fullness. It contains Bismuth subsalicylate as the active ingredient. Users are warned not to use if they have an ulcer or bleeding problem, or if they have bloody or black stool. It also contains salicylate and may cause temporary darkening of the stool and tongue. Users, especially children, should ask a doctor before use if they have a fever, mucus in the stool or taking other medications, including anticoagulation. Overdose contact Poison Control right away.
