This is a drug fact and warning label for a rubbing alcohol produced by JELL PHARMACEUTICALS. It contains Isopropyl alcohol at a concentration of 50% by volume and is intended for first aid use to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It is flammable and should be kept away from fire and flame. It warns against its use in deep punctured wounds, animal bites, or serious burns, and if the condition persists, a doctor should be consulted. The product should not be applied over large areas of the body or used for longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. It should be kept out of reach of children and should not be ingested, as it will produce serious gastric disturbances. It should be used in a ventilated area, as the fumes may be harmful. The product should be applied to the affected area 1-3 times per day and may be covered with a sterile bandage after being let to dry. The size of the product is 42.5X114mm.*
