This is a drug facts label of rubbing alcohol with wintergreen oil. It contains 50% isopropyl alcohol and is intended to decrease germs in minor cuts and relieve minor muscular aches due to exertion. It is for external use only and flammable, and should be kept away from fire and flame. It should not be taken internally and will produce gastric disturbances. One should ask a doctor before using it for deep puncture wounds or serious burns. It should only be applied to skin or rubbed with hands in a well-ventilated area. This rubbing alcohol does not contain grain or ethyl alcohol and contains water, methyl salicylate, Laneth-75, FD&C Blue #1, and FD&C Yellow #5 as inactive ingredients. It is distributed in Allen Park, MI.*
