Linezolid is available in a Suspension form where 5 mL of the suspension contains 100 mg of Linezolid. This product is not for injection and should be stored at room temperature, protecting from moisture and light. The suspension remains useful for 21 days after it is constituted and must be kept at room temperature. It is suggested to tap the bottle gently to loosen the powder and then add 123 ml of distilled water in two portions to make a uniform suspension.
