Linezolid for oral suspension is a medication used for treating bacterial infections. It should not be used for injection. The medication should be stored at a controlled room temperature, protected from light and moisture. The constituted product can be used for 21 days and discarded after that. The usual dosage should be taken as per the prescription. The medication should be mixed with distilled water and the bottle should be gently tapped to loosen the powder. The container should be kept tightly closed, and the constituted suspension should be gently inverted 3 to 5 times before using. The medication is manufactured by Annora Pharma Pvt. Linezolid is available in a Suspension form where 5 mL of the suspension contains 100 mg of Linezolid. This product is not for injection and should be stored at room temperature, protecting from moisture and light. The suspension remains useful for 21 days after it is constituted and must be kept at room temperature. It is suggested to tap the bottle gently to loosen the powder and then add 123 ml of distilled water in two portions to make a uniform suspension. The constituted suspension must be inverted gently 3 to 5 times before using. The container should be kept tightly closed. The product is authorized for Rx only.*
