This text contains warnings and precautions for the use of Oxymorphone Hydrochloride in combination with alcohol, benzodiazepines, central nervous system depressants, serotonergic drugs, muscle relaxants, diuretics, and anticholinergic drugs. The concomitant use of these drugs may lead to respiratory depression, sedation, coma, and potential overdose. It is advised to monitor patients closely for signs of respiratory depression and sedation and to adjust dosages accordingly. The use of naloxone for the emergency treatment of opioid overdose is recommended. Cimetidine may potentiate respiratory depression in combination with Oxymorphone Hydrochloride.*
