This is a drug fact label for a diaper rash ointment containing 16% Zinc Oxide as the active ingredient. The ointment helps treat and prevent diaper rash, prevents chafed skin due to diaper rash and helps seal out wetness. The product should be applied liberally with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or any time when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. The product should be stored at 20°C to 27°C (68°F to 80.6°F). The inactive ingredients include boric acid, castor oil, microcrystalline wax, mineral oil, peruvian balsam, and petrolatum. The ointment should be kept out of reach of children and contact with eyes should be avoided. If the condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days, one should stop the use of the ointment and seek a doctor's advice. It is distributed by Greenbrier International, Inc., Chesapeake, VA 23320 and made in China.*
