NDC 36000-356-01 is a code for a medication called Levetiracetam in 0.75% Sodium Chloride Injection. It is used for intravenous infusion and comes in a 100 mL container. The usual dosage can be found in the package insert. It is important not to use plastic containers in series connections and to not dilute the medication further before use. The unit should be used promptly after opening the overwrap. The medication should be stored at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and any unused portion should be discarded.
