This is an over-the-counter medication for the removal of calluses. Its active ingredient is salicylic acid at a concentration of 40%. It is not suitable for use by diabetics or those with poor blood circulation. The product should not be applied on irritated, infected, or reddened skin. The product comes with six pads and four medicated patches. The manufacturer advises soaking the callus for five minutes in warm water to assist in removal. The product should be used every 48 hours for up to 14 days. Inactive ingredients include acrylic adhesive, acrylic polymer, polyethylene, and polyvinyl alcohol. If swallowed, medical help should be sought or the Poison Control Center contacted immediately.*
