The drug should not be used when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting is present, without doctor direction. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, ask a doctor before use. Pregnant women and breastfeeding should consult a health professional before taking this laxative. In case of accidental overdose or accidental use by children, contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
