These are Pre-Moistened Medicated Wipes that come in a pack of 48. They are used to relieve discomfort related to itching, burning, and irritation caused by hemorrhoids, and they have witch hazel as the main active ingredient. The product is for external use only, and it should not be inserted into the rectum using fingers or any mechanical device. The wipes can be applied up to 6 times daily or after each bowel movement; and users should cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and gently dry by patting or blotting with tissue or cloth before each application. If the condition worsens or doesn't improve within 7 days, or in case of bleeding, users should consult a doctor before exceeding the recommended dosage, and if swallowed, the user should contact a Poison Control Center right away. These medicated wipes contain other ingredients like aloe barbadensis gel, citric acid, diazolidinyl urea, glycerin, methylparaben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, and sodium citrate.
