The drug should not be used if the person has had allergic reactions to similar drugs, right before or after heart surgery, or has a history of stomach problems, high blood pressure, heart diseases, or stroke. The drug can cause stomach bleeding and may increase the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. This medication can be taken by adults and children 12 years and older. The tablets should be taken with food, and the smallest effective dose should be used. Children under 12 years should ask a doctor before use. If overdose occurs, seek emergency medical attention, and keep out of reach of children. The caplets contain sodium, and the package should be stored at a temperature below 25°C.
