Their active ingredient is Calcium Carbonate USP 500mg, which acts as an antacid. TopCare's antacid tablets are gluten-free and have a quality guarantee. The tablets are available in a peppermint flavor and come in 130 chewable tablets. The manufacturer suggests that adults and children 12 years and older should chew two to four tablets as symptoms occur, or as directed by their doctor. If pregnant, do not take more than ten tablets in 24 hours.
