TopCare Expectorant Caplets are used to relieve chest congestion by thinning and loosening mucus in the bronchial passages. The active ingredient is Guaifenesin 400mg that helps to make coughs more productive by loosening phlegm and thinning bronchial secretions. The medication is dye-free and is available in both regular and half size caplets. It is advised to consult a doctor before use in case of chronic cough, smoking, asthma or emphysema. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult a health professional before use. Children under six should only use the medication under a doctor's supervision.
