Dry Eye Relief Eye Drops are a product manufactured and distributed by Cardinal Health. They come in a 15 mL bottle and are formulated to lubricate dry and irritated eyes. These eye drops contain active ingredients such as Dextran and Hypromellose 2910 which provides temporary relief against eye discomforts caused by minor eye irritations such as burning, itchiness and eye strain. They also function as a protectant, preventing further irritation of the eye. This product is for external use only and requires users to remove their contact lenses before using to avoid contamination. Additionally, users must not touch the container’s tip to any surface to further prevent contamination. Only one or two drops are advised to be instilled in the eye(s) as necessary, and the bottle should be kept at room temperature. Inactive ingredients include Chlorides, Boric Acid, Sterile Water, Purified Water, and Sodium Citrate.
