Box (Acnepen)
Kleer-Plex Targeted Acne Pen is an acne treatment gel that clears up most acne, pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads and allows the skin to heal. It penetrates pores to eliminate most blemishes and helps to prevent new acne pimples. The active ingredient, Salicyic acid, is a 2%, acne treatment. Skin irritation and dryness are more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If dryness occurs, reduce frequency to once each day. Kleer-Plex Targeted Acne Pen is externally used only and should be kept out of reach of children. To use, each night, dispense a small amount of the gel onto the fingertips and spread it sparingly on the face using small circular motions, avoiding the eyes. If no discomfort occurs, follow the instructions for new users to use the product.*
