This is a Drug Facts label describing a first aid antiseptic product that contains 0.13% Benzalkonium Chloride. It can be topically applied to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns; however, it should not be used on mucous membranes, broken or irritated skin, in the eyes, or over large areas of the body. If the condition persists or gets worse after use, or in cases of serious burns, puncture wounds, or animal bites, the use should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. The product should not be used on infants for more than one week, and if swallowed, medical help should be sought immediately. The affected area can be cleaned with the product 1 to 3 times a day and may be covered with a sterile bandage when dry. The inactive ingredients are purified water and sodium bicarbonate. It should be stored at room temperature, and the pad should be allowed to air dry before disposal.*
