This is a hand sanitizer with Aloe & Vitamin E that kills 99% of germs through the active ingredient Ethyl Alcohol 62%. It is used to decrease bacteria on the skin when water, soap & towel are not available and is recommended for repeated use. The sanitizer should be applied to the palms and rubbed into the skin until it's dry. It comes with a warning of being flammable and that children must be supervised in the use of this product.
