Therapeutic Blue Ice pain relieving gel by Equaline with 8 oz weight has Menthol of 2% as an active ingredient for topical analgesic effects. It is used for temporary relief of minor aches and pains in muscles and joints. The gel is greaseless and should not be used with heating pads or heating devices, or with other creams, sprays, or liniments. It is not recommended to apply it to damaged skin or wounds and must not be bandaged tightly. Excessive skin irritation or burn may result from inappropriate use. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue its use and consult a physician. Keep it out of reach of children and avoid its contact with eyes and mucus membranes. Adults and children above 2 years can apply the gel up to 3-4 times a day. The product contains Isopropyl Alcohol, Magnesium Sulfate, Thymol, and FD & C Blue No. 1 among other ingredients.*
