Cortizone-ll is a maximum strength anti-itch lotion for diabetics' skin that contains hydrocortisone, vitamins C & E, and 7 healing moisturizers. It is designed to soothe dry, irritated skin and is fragrance-free. The lotion can temporarily relieve the itching and discomfort associated with skin irritations and rashes.
