Do not use if you are allergic to acetaminophen or if you take any other drug that contains acetaminophen. Adults should take two caplets every six hours, but no more than six caplets in 24 hours. This drug is effective against minor aches, common cold, headache, toothache, and menstrual cramps. It should not be used for more than 10 days without a doctor's permission. Acetaminophen overdose can cause severe damage to the liver. The inactive ingredients in this drug are hypromellose, mineral oil, povidone, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, and titanium dioxide.
