This is a drug facts label for an antacid tablet containing 750mg of calcium carbonate USP. The product is gluten-free and is comparable to extra-strength Tums. It provides fast relief of upset stomach, heartburn, and acid indigestion. Users are cautioned not to take more than 9 tablets in 24 hours, in order to not exceed the maximum dosage of 3000mg of calcium carbonate. Pregnant women should not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours, and individuals should not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks unless under the advice and supervision of a doctor. The label also provides warnings to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if presently taking a prescription drug, and to keep the product out of reach of children.*
