304 6e Nasal Spray
This is an over-the-counter nasal decongestant spray marketed under the brand Meijer Maximum Strength. The active ingredient in this spray is Oxymetazoline HCl, which works by shrinking swollen nasal membranes to provide temporary relief from nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever, upper respiratory allergies, sinus congestion, and pressure. It is advised not to use it for more than three days as excessive use might cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. In addition, this spray is not recommended for individuals who have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, prostate gland enlargement or who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The inactive ingredients in the spray include benzalkonium chloride solution, benzyl alcohol, dibasic sodium phosphate, edetate disodium, monobasic sodium phosphate, polyethylene glycol, povidone, propylene glycol, and purified water.*
