Image Description (Label)
This is a comparison between the active ingredients of Benadry® Extra Strength Spray with Diphenhydramine HCI 2% and Zinc Acetate 0.1%, which are topical analgesics and skin protectants that help relieve pain, itching, and rashes due to insect bites, sunburn, scrapes, and rashes caused by poison ivy, oak, and sumac. This topical spray can be used at any angle and is also effective in blocking histamines. However, this product is flammable and should not be used on large areas of the body or in conjunction with other diphenhydramine-containing products. To use, shake well, and apply to the affected part not more than 3 to 4 times daily. If symptoms persist, worsen or do not improve within seven days, it is necessary to stop using the product and consult a doctor.*
