This is a bottle of Regular Strength antacid with an original mint flavor and alcohol content of 0.2%. It provides soothing relief for heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, and gas. The product is gluten-free and comes in a 12 fl oz bottle with inactive ingredients including butylparaben, flavor, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose sodium, peppermint oil, propylparaben, purified water, simethicone emulsion, sorbitol, and sorbitol solution. The active ingredients per 10 mL includes aluminum hydroxide (equivalent to dried gel, USP) for antacid purpose, magnesium hydroxide 400 mg for antacid, and simethicone 40 mg for antigas purpose. The instructions suggest shaking well before use and taking 10 mL to 20 mL between meals, at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor. The product should not be taken more than 120 mL in any 24-hour period or for more than 2 weeks without doctor prescription.
