This is a product label for a prenatal supplement called NIDMIJĀ®. It contains vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12, folic acid, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and copper. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which is derived from fish oil. The supplement is meant for use before, during, and after pregnancy, to provide vitamin and mineral supplementation to both lactating and non-lactating mothers. It is also useful for improving nutritional status before conception. The label provides precautions for the use of folic acid, especially in doses above 1.0 mg daily, as it may obscure pernicious anemia. It also warns that because DHA may have potential antithrombotic activity and may increase bleeding times, administration should be avoided in patients taking anticoagulants. The label provides information on the recommended dosage and storage instructions, as well as a warning against accidental overdose of iron, which could be especially dangerous for children under 6.*
