Tramadol Hydrochloride and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP are enclosed in a unit-dose blister package of 80 film-coated tablets with 375 mg of Tramadol Hydrochloride and 325 mg of Acetaminophen in each tablet. The medication guide must be dispensed to each patient who receives this prescription. This package is not child-resistant, and it should be kept out of reach of children. Store these tablets at a controlled room temperature of 20°C to 25°C, with excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C.
