It is manufactured by Teck, Inc. and distributed by Paragon BioTeck, Inc. It contains inactive ingredients Sodium Phosphate Monobasic, Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, Water for Injection, and Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide. The solution must be stored in a refrigerator at 2 to 8°C and cannot be injected. The usual dosage information is provided in the package insert. If the imprint seal is torn or broken, do not use the solution.*

It contains 25 mg (2.5%) of Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and is sold in a 15 mL bottle. It also contains Sodium Phosphate Monobasic, Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, Boric Acid, and Water for Injection, along with Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide. The solution has a Preservative Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01%. The solution should be stored in a refrigerator at 2° to 8°C (36" to 46°F) and should not be used if the solution is brown or contains a precipitate. It is not recommended to touch the dropper tip to any surface, and if the seal is torn, broken or missing, it should not be used.
