It also helps treat and prevent diaper rash caused by wetness, urine, and/or stool. The active ingredient in this product is Purpase, and the directions instruct users to gently cleanse and pat the affected area before applying the ointment as necessary. The ointment should not be applied to deep or puncture wounds, serious burns, infants, or infected areas. Additionally, users must avoid getting the ointment in the eyes. The product contains inactive ingredients such as Abe Extract, Benzethonium Chidride, Cholecalofersl, CocroapylateXCaprate, Corn 0, and Refinyl Paimitat.
