The cream is for external use only and should not be put into the rectum using fingers or any mechanical device or applicator. The cream should not be used without asking a doctor if you have heart diseases, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to the enlargement of the prostate gland. If bleeding occurs, or an allergic reaction develops, or the symptom being treated does not subside or develops redness, irritation, swelling, pain, or other symptoms, stop use and ask a doctor for medical help. The cream should not be used by children under 12 years of age without asking a doctor. The inactive ingredients of the cream include aloe barbadensis leaf extract, butylated hydroxytoluene, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl esters, glyceryl monostearate, methylparaben, mineral oil, purified water, sodium citrate, and tocopherol acetate.
