NDC 44567-840-25 is a single-dose vial of CEFAZOLIN, an injectable antibiotic with 2 grams per vial. This product is only available with a prescription and must be reconstituted and further diluted. Each vial contains cefazolin sodium and sodium content is approximately 48 mg (2.1 mEq) per gram of cefazolin sodium. This medication is for intravenous infusion only and the unused portion must be discarded.*
