The inactive ingredients include Demineralized water and 20% Ethanol. The direction on how to use involve adults and children taking 10-20 drops orally, 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by a health care professional. Consultation with a physician for use in children under 12 years of age is advised if symptoms persist for more than 7 days.*
