This is a multi-dose reaction vial which is sterile and non-pyrogenic. It is used to prepare Technetium Tc99m Sulfur Colloid Injection. The vial needs to be stored at 20-25°C and can only be used after labeling with oxidant-free Technetium Tc99m. It contains sodium thiosulfate anhydrous, edetate disodium, and bovine gelatin. It is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries in Billerica, MA. The kit does not contain any bacteriostatic preservative and must be used within 6 hours after reconstitution.
