"Soldier's Choice" Chigg-Away® lotion provides relief from itching caused by insect bites such as chiggers, mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, and fire ants, as well as minor stings. It also repels chiggers, while the active ingredient, precipitated sulfur USP, 10%, soothes the itching. This lotion is manufactured by Pierson Laboratories and comes in a 4 fluid ounce bottle. However, there is an additional Drug Facts panel that seems to describe a different product, with the active ingredient benzocaine 5%, an anesthetic, which relieves itching and discomfort due to non-poisonous insect bites. The warning mentions Federal law and that it should not be used in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. The instructions mention how to use it as an anti-itch or insect repellent, along with other information that includes the inactive ingredients.*
